I worked for many years with people affected by mental health, enabling them to improve their lives with a strong aim of building resilience for people of all ages. I came from a residential setting where I was responsible for overall implementation at work and college, building my strength in community settings. I worked in a diverse environment with people from different nationalities, including managers, ensuring approaches to standardised programmes within the company.
