What is your experience in your field?
I have several years of experience within the social care sector from being a placement officer to a registered manager. My experience includes working with local authorities, commissioners, and healthcare professionals, securing referrals, negotiating contracts, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting the development of high-quality care services specialising in relationship management.
What do you enjoy in your role?
No day is the same. The highs and the wins make the hard work worth it. The lows create an opportunity to learn which makes this a rewarding role.
What do you like doing when you are not at work?
Spend time with my family.
What’s your surprise skill?
Cooking large meals for groups.
