With three years of experience in the healthcare sector, I have developed a strong foundation in providing compassionate and effective care. I began my journey as a healthcare assistant, where I gained essential hands-on experience in patient care and learned the importance of empathy in supporting individuals. As I advanced to a support worker role, I took on greater responsibilities and deepened my understanding of the complex needs of those in my care. Currently, as a registered manager, I manage a dedicated team of professionals, ensuring that we deliver high-quality, person-centred care. My leadership role allows me to not only guide and support my team but also contribute to the continuous improvement of care standards for the people we serve.

What I find most rewarding about my role is the opportunity to care for individuals and cater to their unique needs.
